Kevin Presley runs Mountain Way Contracting. He is on every job site, on every ladder, and — allegedly — on every phone call before the second ring.
He does it alongside his three brothers, Bo, Ro, and Kojo, who work extraordinarily hard for famously modest salaries. This was their idea. They signed a document. Most of their paychecks go straight back into the company — better trucks, better ladders, better shingles — which is either admirable devotion or the greatest negotiating loss in family history. Either way, you get the benefit.
